The V Series is a two-chuck tube laser built for cycle time on smaller section. Acceleration to 2 G and a 200 r/min chuck on the V12 keep start-stop moves short, and four sizes cover round tube from 8 mm to 360 mm at lengths up to 6500 mm.

2 G acceleration and 200 r/min chuck

Axis acceleration up to 2 G and chuck rotation up to 200 r/min shorten the start-stop moves that make up most of a tube cutting cycle. On short repetitive parts this sets the parts-per-shift figure more than cutting speed does.

Dual adaptive and concave roller supports

Adaptive and concave rollers support the tube either side of the cut and hold it against movement while the chuck rotates at speed. Cut quality and hole position stay consistent on thin-wall section at full rpm.

Continuous support from loading to unloading

Support follows the tube through loading, cutting and unloading, so a long length is carried for the whole cycle and never only in the cutting zone. Accuracy on the last part off a 6.5 m bar matches the first.

Front-shift chuck for short remnant

The front chuck advances on servo drive so the final part is cut close to the end of the bar. Remnant length per bar is reduced, and the chuck is not reclamped to reach that position, which lowers chuck wear.
