AORE M Series Three-Chuck Heavy-Duty Tube Laser
Three-chuck heavy-duty tube laser for tube and structural profiles
- 6 to 20 kW
- Section to 550 mm
- 12 or 18 m lengths
- To 2000 kg a piece
The M Series is a three-chuck heavy-duty tube laser for tube and structural profiles. Three models cover sections from 20 to 550 mm in 12 m lengths, with an 18 m bed available on the M36 and M56, and up to 2000 kg per piece at 6 to 20 kW.
Material is clamped at three points along its length, holding the section straight and vibration-free through the cut. The M Series sits below the four-chuck Z Series in capacity.
Key features
Integrated loading and unloading with servo following support
Loading, pre-loading and servo-driven following supports operate as one continuous cycle. The next length is staged while the current bar is cut, removing idle time between bars.
Three-chuck clamping with material reversal
Three chucks clamp the section along its full length, and the third chuck allows the material to be reversed so both ends are processed. Full-length and segmented cutting are supported without re-handling.
Auto-centring, tube detection and closed-loop control
The control system centres the section, detects its dimensions and adjusts focus under closed-loop control without operator input. Positioning remains consistent across mixed material and varying wall thickness.
Zero tail processing
The three-chuck cutting sequence processes the full length of each bar with no unusable remnant. On sections weighing 500 to 2000 kg per length, the material recovered on every bar is a direct reduction in cost per part.
Two or three chuck switching
The third chuck is held in a standby position when the program does not require it. Short parts are cut on two chucks at higher throughput; long or heavy sections engage all three.
Temperature management, automatic lubrication and optional full enclosure
Temperature management and automatic lubrication are built in for continuous operation, with a full enclosure of the cutting area available as an option. Guarding to Australian workplace safety requirements is supplied as standard on every installation.
M Series or Z Series
The M Series covers heavy tube and profile work to 550 mm and 2000 kg per piece. The Z Series adds a fourth chuck for larger diameters and heavier material. Model selection is confirmed against maximum section size, stock lengths and volume at quotation.

| Maximum acceleration | 1 G | 0.8 G | 0.3 G |
Maximum acceleration reduces as chuck capacity increases. Where the majority of work is at the smaller end of the range, the M28 delivers higher throughput than the M56 on the same parts. Positioning accuracy is quoted per metre of travel. Guarding is supplied to Australian workplace safety requirements as standard; full enclosure of the cutting area is optional.
