Three-chuck tube laser for heavy structural sections
The AORE TS Series is a three-chuck CNC fibre laser designed for stable processing of long, heavy and irregular tube and structural profiles. Multi-point clamping and adaptive supports reduce vibration and deflection throughout the cutting process.
Available in configurations up to 350 mm diameter and 12 m processing length, with laser power, loading, unloading and guarding specified to suit your material range and production requirements.
Key features
Three movable chucks
Three chucks hold long, heavy and irregular sections through the cut, and all three travel along the bed. The third chuck clamps and pulls the tube so the full length is cut, giving zero tail material.
Multi-point clamping
Clamping at multiple points along the length restrains the section against vibration and deflection during cutting. Cut quality is maintained on long, slender tube where single-point clamping loses accuracy.
Adaptive support with automatic height
Support height adjusts automatically as the tube rotates, in step with the chuck system. Accuracy is held along the full length of the section rather than only adjacent to the chuck.
Angle, channel, H-beam and irregular profiles
The chuck system clamps angle, channel, H-beam and non-standard profiles as well as round tube, SHS and RHS. Mixed structural section work is processed on one machine without dedicated tooling for each profile.
Intelligent control system
Automatic centring, tube detection, autofocus and nesting are executed by the control system rather than set manually by the operator. Setup time is reduced and results are repeatable between operators and shifts.
Flip-type unloading
Finished parts are discharged by a dedicated flip-type unloading mechanism rather than falling free from the chuck. This reduces the risk of parts being dropped or colliding, which matters on long sections and finished surfaces.

Loading, unloading and guarding are specified to the installation. Guarding is supplied to Australian workplace safety requirements as standard; full enclosure of the cutting area is optional. Model and layout are confirmed against section sizes and material lengths at quotation.
