The Titan Smart is a CNC hydraulic press brake with a servo-driven pump, synchronised Y1 and Y2 ram control and a servo backgauge, supplied with the Delem DA-53TX as standard. The range runs from 50 t x 1300 mm to 1200 t x 8000 mm.

It suits brackets, folded sections, enclosures and general fabrication where repeatable output at a sensible price matters more than complex offline programming. Light curtains are supplied as standard and guarding meets Australian workplace safety requirements as delivered.

Servo-driven main motor

The pump is driven by a servo motor that runs only when the ram is moving and rests during idle time. Power consumption is reduced by up to 40 percent against a conventional press brake, oil runs cooler, and noise is held at about 60 dB.

Cast iron oil pump

High-strength cast iron pump with internal noise damping and tolerance to oil contamination. Service intervals are extended and pump failures from degraded oil are reduced.

Fast clamp tool holders

Hardened steel quick-release top tool clamps with a zero-adjustment design accept standard European punches. Tool changeover time is reduced by up to 70 percent against bolt-on clamps.

HAWE hydraulic valve system

German HAWE pump and proportional valve block with closely spaced cylinders for anti-eccentric load capacity. Synchronisation accuracy is held under off-centre bending and the valve system is serviced with standard parts.

Schneider electrical components

Electrical cabinet built on Schneider components with an Estun servo drive and electrical assembly. Electrical faults are rare and parts are available in Australia.

Servo backgauge, X and R axis

Servo-driven backgauge on ball screws and linear guides, with 500 mm X-axis travel and positioning to 0.01 mm. Four-axis and six-axis backgauges with Z1, Z2 and X2 movement are available for staggered and angled stops.

CNC crowning

The controller calculates bed deflection from tonnage and bend length and adjusts the crowning wedges in real time. Angle is held consistent from end to end of the bed on full-length bends.

Delem DA-53TX controller

15 inch touchscreen with numerical programming, crowning control, servo and inverter control and Profile-T offline software. Delem DA-58TX with 2D graphical programming is available as an upgrade.
