Titan Pro and Pro+ are electro-hydraulic servo press brakes with real-time servo control of the ram, a multi-axis servo backgauge and CNC crowning, across the same 50 to 1200 t range as the Smart.

Pro is supplied with the Delem DA-66S with 2D programming and 3D simulation. Pro+ is the same machine with the Delem DA-69S for full 3D graphical programming and Profile-S3D offline software. Light curtains are standard and guarding meets Australian workplace safety requirements as delivered.

Key features

Electro-hydraulic servo synchronisation

Ram position is controlled by closed-loop servo valves with real-time feedback from Heidenhain linear scales on Y1 and Y2. Pressure is stable through the stroke and energy consumption is 40 to 60 percent below a conventional hydraulic press brake.

Servo-driven main motor

The pump is driven by a servo motor that runs only when the ram is moving. Oil runs cooler, idle consumption is close to zero and noise is held at about 60 dB.

Cast iron oil pump

High-strength cast iron pump with internal noise damping and tolerance to oil contamination. Service intervals are extended and pump failures from degraded oil are reduced.

Fast clamp tool holders

Hardened steel quick-release top tool clamps accept standard European punches without adjustment. Wila hydraulic clamping and Rolleri pneumatic clamping are available where tool change frequency justifies them.

Multi-axis servo backgauge

Servo backgauge on ball screws and linear guides, positioned to 0.01 mm, in two, four or six axis configurations. Z1 and Z2 finger movement and independent X1 and X2 allow angled and staggered stops without manual finger repositioning.

CNC crowning

The controller calculates bed deflection from tonnage and bend length and adjusts the crowning wedges in real time. Angle is held consistent from end to end of the bed on full-length bends.

Schneider electrical components

Electrical cabinet built on Schneider components with an Estun servo drive and electrical assembly. Electrical faults are rare and parts are available in Australia.

Delem DA-66S on Pro, DA-69S on Pro+

Both are 24 inch touchscreen controllers with Delem Modusys, sensor bending interface and USB. The DA-66S runs 2D programming with 3D simulation and Profile-S2D; the DA-69S adds full 3D graphical programming and Profile-S3D, which is the difference between Pro and Pro+.

How complex are the parts?

If most of your work is straightforward bending, the Smart will do it for less. The Pro earns its money where parts have several bend positions, tapered flanges or tight angle tolerance across long components. Tell us what you make and we will tell you which side of that line you sit on.
