ProStore Roll-Out Sheet Racks
Full-extension drawer racking for sheet and plate
The Roll-out rack stores sheet and plate in drawers rather than a stack. Each drawer runs right out on roller bearings so the whole sheet is exposed for the crane or the loader, instead of the operator digging through three grades to reach the one they want. Standard build is 3000 x 1500 mm with five drawers and a fixed top deck. Other sizes are available to order.
Key features
The whole sheet comes out, not the front half
Each drawer extends fully on roller bearings, so the entire sheet is clear of the rack and reachable by crane or vacuum lifter. Partial-pull racks leave the back of the sheet buried, which is where most of the handling time and most of the scratched material comes from.
Same tonnage, a fraction of the floor
Sheet stacked on the floor spreads out. The same stock in drawers goes up instead of across, which frees the space for a machine that earns money. In most shops that is the argument that pays for the rack on its own.
Manual as standard, electric when the drawers are loaded heavy
A loaded drawer moves easily enough by hand on good bearings. Where drawers run near capacity all day, or where the operator is pulling them dozens of times a shift, electric drive is worth specifying. It is an option at order rather than a retrofit.
Up to 220 mm of material in every drawer
Each drawer takes a stack up to 220 mm deep, so a single layer holds a real quantity of one grade rather than a couple of sheets. Five drawers means five grades or thicknesses separated and reachable without moving anything.
Bolts together and anchors to the slab
The rack ships in pre-welded modules that bolt together on site, so there is no field welding and no specialist rigging. It anchors to the floor, which matters once a loaded drawer is extended and the load is out past the frame.
Goes beside the machine it feeds
At 2280 mm it clears most overhead crane runways and sits under standard sprinkler heights, so it can go against the laser rather than in a storage bay across the shed. Allow for the drawer extension when planning the aisle.
Is the ProStore Roll-Out Sheet Racks right for your workshop?
Tell us the sheet sizes you hold, how much of each grade, and where the rack needs to sit in relation to the machine. We will confirm the drawer layout and whether electric drive is worth it.

Standard build is 3000 x 1500 mm. Larger sheet sizes, different drawer counts and heavier load ratings are available to order. Tell us your sheet sizes, the weight you stack per grade and your crane hook height and we will confirm the build.
