The S Series is a compact, fully enclosed fibre laser for high-precision sheet cutting. The S1530 has a 3060 x 1530 mm working area at 1.5 to 12 kW, with positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm and a telescopic exchange table, integrated fume extraction and CE certification as standard.
A 3 kW S1530 is in stock and available for demonstration.
Key features
High-rigidity integrated design
Fibre laser source mounted on an integrated frame with imported precision transmission components. Cut edges are smooth with a minimal heat-affected zone on thin gauge and small parts.
Fully enclosed with integrated fume extraction
The cabinet contains the beam and cutting fume, with extraction built into the machine rather than added afterwards. Fume is kept out of the workshop and the enclosure meets Australian workplace safety requirements as supplied.
Compact footprint
The integrated structure occupies less floor area than a machine of equivalent capacity. It suits workshops where floor space is the constraint on adding laser cutting.
CE certified
The machine is built and certified to CE safety and environmental standards. Guarding, interlocks and emissions have a documented baseline for installation sign-off.
High-rigidity frame with anti-burn design
The frame is reinforced and the bed uses an anti-burn design to limit thermal deformation. Positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm is held through a full shift rather than only from cold.
Dual-screen control
Two HD displays separate job setup from live cutting monitoring. The operator programs on one screen and observes cutting condition on the other, reducing response time to a cutting fault.
