The LCA is a pneumatic cantilever loading arm with vacuum lifting that assists the operator in placing sheet on the laser table.
It is the step up from crane or manual loading for a workshop that does not require a full storage and retrieval system.
Key features
Vacuum lifting instead of manhandling
Vacuum lifters pick the sheet and assist the operator in placing it accurately on the table. Physical handling is reduced and loading becomes a repeatable action independent of the operator on shift.
Compact cantilever, less floor space
A single-column cantilever occupies less floor area than a full gantry and leaves the loading area open. Fewer moving parts reduce inspection and maintenance requirements.
Configurable for different sheet lasers
The lifting frame is configured to different sheet sizes and AORE laser models. It suits a varied sheet workload rather than a single format.
Is a loading arm enough, or do you need more?
A cantilever arm is specified for workshops loading a small number of sheets per hour. Above that rate a full loading system or storage tower is the appropriate specification, determined from the current loading method.
