High-speed fully enclosed sheet fibre laser
The H Series is AORE's high-volume production sheet laser: a fully enclosed fibre cutter aimed at shops where cycle time is what decides the job's margin. Available from 6 kW through to 40 kW across three bed sizes, with a sheet exchange platform as standard so the next sheet is loading while the current one is still cutting.
Where the S Series is about precision in a small footprint, the H Series is about throughput. Peak traverse of 200 m/min with 4G acceleration on the H3015 means far less time spent on rapid moves between cuts, and that gap widens the more small parts there are in the nest.
Key features
Speed that shows up in the nest, not just the brochure
200 m/min traverse and 4 G acceleration on the H3015. Peak cutting speed is the number everyone quotes, but on a nest full of small parts the machine spends most of its time accelerating and stopping, not cutting. Acceleration is what actually moves the cycle time.
Sheet exchange platform as standard
The next sheet loads while the current one is still being cut, so the laser is not sitting idle waiting on the forklift. On a machine running two shifts, the loading and unloading time you save adds up to more than most people expect when they are comparing quotes.
Rigid frame with anti-burn design
Running at 4 G puts real load through the gantry, and heat from high-power cutting moves steel. The frame is structurally reinforced with an anti-burn design to limit thermal distortion, so ±0.03 mm positioning accuracy holds through a long shift rather than only on a cold machine.
Zoned extraction, not one big fan
Extraction activates by zone, following the head rather than pulling across the whole bed continuously. Better capture at the cut, noticeably less power drawn, and a smaller load on your filtration. On a 40 kW machine cutting all day, the running cost difference is not trivial.
Fully enclosed with interlocked doors
The cabinet contains the beam and the dust, and opening a door stops the machine immediately. Straightforward to sign off against Australian workplace safety requirements, and it keeps the fume out of the rest of the shop rather than just away from the operator.
