AORE GR-H All-in-One Laser for Beam, Pipe and Sheet
All-in-one beam, tube and plate laser processing centre
The GR-H is AORE's all-in-one structural processing centre: one machine handling beam, tube and plate on a heavy-duty gantry ground rail. It cuts, bevels, drills, notches, marks and scribes, which means a section can go from raw to ready without being craned across the shop to three different machines.
Built for steel fabrication, bridge work, rail and shipbuilding. The GR1500H takes profiles to 1500 × 500 mm, tube from Ø15 to Ø1200 mm and plate to 3200 × 13000 mm, with 12 kW to 40 kW of power. Multi-station zoned processing means one station cuts while another is being loaded.
Worth a conversation before you spec one. A machine this versatile can replace several, but only if your mix of work genuinely spans beam, tube and plate — if you are mostly one of the three, there is a more focused machine that will cost less and cut faster.
Key features
One machine instead of three
Cutting, bevelling, drilling, notching, marking and scribing on H-beam, I-beam, channel, angle, plate and tube. The saving is not only the capital cost of separate machines — it is the material handling between them, which on long sections is often the real bottleneck in a fabrication shop.
Cut on one station while loading another
The heavy-duty gantry rail runs multi-station zoned processing, so the machine keeps cutting while the next section is craned into position. On long beams, where loading can take longer than the cut itself, that is where the productivity actually comes from.
Vision scanning corrects for real-world steel
Real-time scanning measures the section as it sits and compensates for misalignment before cutting. Rolled sections are never perfectly straight or exactly to nominal, and on a 12 metre beam a small twist at one end becomes a large error at the other. This is what keeps holes where the drawing says they are.
Modular, so it is configured to your work
Bed length, station layout and power from 12 kW to 40 kW are all specified to suit the sections you actually process and the floor you have to put it on. Send us your typical job mix and section sizes and we will work through the configuration with AORE rather than quoting you a standard line.
You are buying from the importer, not a reseller
We bring these machines in, install them, train your operators and hold spare parts and consumables here in Australia. When you call about a fault, you are talking to the people who sold you the machine — not an overseas sales office.
