The R Series is a coil-fed fibre laser cutting line that integrates uncoiling, levelling, feeding and cutting, so individual sheets are not loaded. Three models cover cutting areas of 3050, 4050 and 6050 x 1530 mm at 1.5 to 6 kW.

It suits repeat production at steady volume, where continuous material flow reduces labour, handling and offcut waste against sheet-fed cutting.

Uncoiling, levelling, feeding and cutting in one line

Uncoiling, levelling, feeding and fibre laser cutting are integrated as one automated sequence, with material processed on demand from coil. Coil preparation and blank cutting are no longer separate operations with handling between them.

Fibre laser cutting to 0.03 mm

A fibre laser source from 1.5 to 6 kW cuts the levelled strip with positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm. Edge quality and dimensional accuracy match sheet-fed cutting on the same material.

Modular decoiler, leveller and feeder

Decoiler, leveller and feeder are modular units, with hydraulic coil expansion and variable-speed control on the decoiler. Each module is serviced independently, and decoiler capacity is specified to the job, to 10 t.

Built-in nesting software

Nesting software arranges parts along the continuous strip rather than within a fixed sheet. Material utilisation is set by the software and offcut between blanks is reduced.

Is coil feeding right for your production?

Coil-fed cutting is specified for repeat production at steady volume. Suitability against sheet-fed cutting is assessed from part geometry, material and annual volume at quotation.

On the R6015, coil thickness is 0.5 to 3 mm for cold-rolled, galvanised and carbon steel and 0.5 to 2 mm for stainless, with coils to 10 t. Coil width, thickness and weight are confirmed against the line specification at quotation.
