CNC Servo Mitre
The saw frame automatically swivels left and right — -45° right and +60° left — with mitre position controlled by CNC servo motor and absolute encoder. Zero backlash swivel frame for repeatable accuracy on every cut.
Automatic Material Detection
The machine knows the exact width and height of the material automatically. The computer tracks the blade through the cut, automatically adjusting cutting rates and blade speeds depending on where the blade is in the material.
Carbide Roller Guides
Solid carbide roller blade guides assure accurate guidance, quieter cutting, less downtime and lower maintenance costs. Hydraulic power clamp front and back for consistent, secure material holding.
