Titan AL Series CNC Angle Line

Titan AL Series CNC Angle Line

CNC angle punching, marking and shearing line, 40x40x3 to 200x200x20 mm, four models

  • Angle Min. 40x40x3 Max. 200x200x20
  • Punch Ø26
  • Shear to 4300 kN
  • Cassette or disc marking

The Titan AL Series punches, marks and shears angle from bar stock to finished part in one pass under program control. A servo feed carriage positions the bar for each operation, hydraulic punch units put round or slotted holes in both legs, a cassette or disc marker stamps the part identification and a single or double blade shear cuts to length. Four models cover 40x40x3 to 200x200x20 mm angle.

It suits transmission tower and telecommunication tower fabricators, substation and structural steel shops running angle in volume. Layout, punching and cutting that would otherwise be marked, drilled and sawn as separate operations run from one program with no handling between stations.

Key features

Punching and shearing station

Hydraulic punch and shear units share one frame with the bar clamped at each operation. Hole pattern and cut length come from the program, so a batch change needs no tooling setup.

Punch and die tooling

Up to three punches per side work against a bolt-in die block, with round holes to 26 mm and slots to 22×50 mm. Tooling is changed at the die block without disturbing the frame.

Guided roller clamping

Guided rollers bear on both legs of the angle at the punch station and hold the bar square to the tooling through every stroke. Hole position is repeatable along the full bar length.

Servo feed carriage

A servo-driven carriage on a rack and pinion positions the bar for each hole, mark and cut. Length and pitch are held from the program rather than from stops or scribed marks.

Infeed and outfeed conveyors

Roller infeed and powered outfeed carry bar to and from the station. Loading the next bar and clearing finished parts run while the machine is cycling.

Stand-alone hydraulic power unit

A separate hydraulic unit with accumulator supplies punch and shear force independently of the frame. It sits clear of the line for access and maintenance.

Is the Titan AL Series right for your workshop?

An angle line is specified where tower or structural angle is punched, marked and cut in volume from a program rather than laid out and drilled by hand. The AL-1010 and AL-1412 cover light and medium tower angle, the AL-1616 adds three punches per side and heavier shear as standard, and the AL-2020 takes 200x200x20 with double blade shearing. Model is confirmed from angle sizes and throughput at quotation.
