The Titan SR Series is a range of conveyor-fed deburring machines that remove burrs, slag and oxide from cut parts and round the edges ready for coating. Parts are held by magnetic or vacuum table and processed in one pass through an abrasive belt, with rotary brush, disc brush or polishing roller stations added according to the finish required.
The range runs from a single-belt SR-S to the SR-DCP with belt, brush and polishing roller, plus a wet SR-W for aluminium and stainless and a manual SR-M for small batches. Table widths from 630 to 1500 mm, material 0.5 to 80 mm, and 100 mm on the SR-D slag machine.
Key features
PLC control with 10 inch touchscreen
All machine functions and safety interlocks run through one PLC with a 10 inch touchscreen. Belt height, conveyor speed and brush speed are set as a recipe per material, and the machine supports remote diagnostics for service.
Large-diameter contact roller with servo height control
The abrasive belt runs on a large-diameter rubber contact roller with an eccentric mount, and belt height is set by servo to 0.01 mm. Belt pressure is consistent across the width and the roller outlasts a small-diameter head.
Rotary brush head for edge rounding
On SR-DC and SR-DCP models, high-density roller brushes rotate and revolve over the part to round every edge including holes and internal contours. Edges are ready for powder coating in the same pass as deburring.
Variable-speed conveyor with magnetic or vacuum hold
High-temperature, high-damping conveyor belt with frequency control from 1 to 10 m/min. Magnetic tables hold ferrous parts down to 10 x 10 mm; vacuum tables hold stainless, aluminium and copper down to 50 x 50 mm.
Which SR Series
Belt only, belt and brush, or belt, brush and polish is decided by whether parts go to paint, and wet or dry by the material mix. Send a sample part and the finish required and the configuration is confirmed from that.

Station configuration, table width and workpiece hold are specified to the parts and materials in production. Dry dust collection suits steel; wet collection is specified for aluminium and brass to remove the dust explosion risk. Guarding and extraction are supplied to Australian workplace safety requirements as delivered.
